In this workshop you will deepend your connection with one another through heart-felt couples exercises, heal past and present hurts and communicate with more success and clarity. You will not only find the tools but you will learn how to use them. Together, you will create a deeper sense of security that you matter, that you're cared for, and that you are important to your partner.

This ONLINE event is hosted by Flood Church of San Diego and facilitated by a team of Couple and Family Therapists trained in EFT, Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy. Each couple will get individualized attention and assistance if desired.
Days & Times:
Session 1: Friday April 23rd, 6-8 PM.
Session 2: Saturday Arpil 24th, 8:30 -10:30 AM
Session 3: Saturday April 24th, 2 - 4 PM.
Session 4: Sunday April 25th, 3 - 5 PM.
