Location & Parking
We meet in the Chapel at First Presbyterian Church, located at 1740 Fourth Ave. Street parking is available and free on Sundays. San Diego Trolley stops are within a few blocks.
What To Expect on Sunday
We are a mulit-ethnic, multi-generational family of faith experiencing the renewal of Jesus in our lives and displaying Him to our city. Harbor City Church is casual and welcoming to all—come as you are! We gather together on Sunday mornings to celebrate the good news of Jesus with a simple liturgy that rehearses our redemption, worship music from both ancient and contemporary sources, thoughtful and relevant preaching, and weekly Communion.
Our service begins at 9:30AM and is done by 11AM, with a fellowship time afterward offering snacks, coffee, and a playground for the kids.
Children
Children are welcome in our entire worship service, and we have a nursing mother's room where you can still hear the service. We offer secure and loving Nursery Care (0-2yrs) and Children's Church classes (K-1st Grade).
Disabilities & ADA
We want every member and visitor to participate in worship and in the life of the church, and we seek to embrace and enfold people with disabilities. To this end we welcome extra sound and movement as we all worship together. Wheelchair access to the chapel is available via the doors to the right of the main chapel entrance.
