Before you think this is just "same story, different version" as all the other prophets, realize that Judah got a king-Josiah-who led the whole nation back to God and brought in renewal that changed all of life for everyone (2Ki 22). As angry as God is in this 3 chapter book, it's proof that if we return to God with our whole heart, He is quick to forgive.

ZEP3-God will renew by removing the rebellious, leaving a community of people who are humble, seek God, and live to serve others. #HarborCBR ZEP3,2-This comes true during Josiah's reign (2Ki22-23). He discovers the Bible, puts it into practice, and the nation is renewed. #HarborCBR
