Harbor City Kids exists to support families as they disciple their children with the goal that our ministry will help each child BELONG, BELIEVE, and BECOME

We want kids to know that they BELONG to God and to his church. We

  • Welcome children to the worship service.

  • Prioritize the safety of our children by performing background checks on all volunteers and staff.

  • Have children participate in the life of the church.

We want kids to BELIEVE in Jesus as the Lord and Savior

  • Our Nursery, Children’s Church and Sunday School programs are designed to help children know the stories of the Bible.

  • We encourage and equip parents to guide their children through the process of making a profession of faith in Jesus.

We want kids to BECOME disciples who trust and follow Jesus. We

  • See discipleship of our children as central to the life of our church.

  • Support parents as they do the primary work of discipling their children.

Ministries

  • Children ages 1-3 yrs old are dismissed halfway through our worship service for our Toddlers Program

  • Children in First Grade or younger are dismissed halfway through our worship service for a time of teaching, songs, and play.

  • Three to four times a year we have a six-week Sunday School session for kids ages first grade through Middle School.

Parents are welcome to keep their children with them for the whole service
